Refund Policy

As of the current moment, Madame Mirchi does not offer product refunds nor returns. We strongly advise our customers to do their due-diligence in product research before purchasing our products. While we can give our best assurance of our product efficacy, Madame Mirchi is still an emerging start-up, and due to the current state of our credit-card logistics company, no cancellations and returns can be made via credit-card purchases. However, Madame Mirchi will entertain product exchanges ONLY in the case that any of our products is deemed to be faulty.
